After several days of work, the Italian artist known for his illustrative style painted this beautiful mural which can be seen at the Escuela Nacional de Artes Plásticas, Av. Constitución 600, Barrio La Concha, Xochimilco, 16210 Mexico City, DF, Mexico.
This mural was painted for two reasons: a local event in which 25 dogs were accused of killing 4 people and the return of the PRI (Partido Revolucionario Institucional) for the presidency.
